Dr. Joseph Jar Kur, at present is an Associate Professor in the Department of International Law and Jurisprudence, Benue State University, Makurdi, Nigeria. His major area of specialization is Intellectual Property Law where he has authored many peer reviewed articles in Journals of Law notably (a) “Attachment of Proceeds of Intellectual Property: A New Frontiers in Enforcement of Judgements and Orders in Nigeria”.
